The Highway 26 bypass were not approved by the EARTH government.....but the subset government of Wisconsin is not concerned about such trival matters as EARTH and Nature and existence. The consequence of ignoring Nature's SIGNALS and Nature's project plans .....is crime and economic problems; but Wisconsin citizens could care less about the EARTH LAB context that they live within.
